CanSkate is the National learn-to-skate program. CanSkate programs emphasize fun, participation, challenge and achievement. Skaters progress through five stages learning six fundamental movements. This program prepares skaters to move on to the next levels of skating, which may include figure skating, hockey, ringette, synchronized, or power skating.
All new skaters will be assessed by the coaching staff and placed into the most appropriate program within the first week.
CSA approved helmets are mandatory.
