Star-CanSkate is offered on invitation only. Skaters invited into this program will continue to skate during the CanSkate session while being slowly introduced to the Starskate program on the Intermediate session 1 night a week. Skaters will be given group lessons in the following disciplines: skills, ice dancing, free-skate, interpretive, & synchronized skating. Private lessons are also strongly recommended.
By invitation only; skaters must be working on the Stage 4 (Edges) or 5 (Power) badge.
CSA approved helmets are mandatory.

For the remaining CanSkate stages, a badge is awarded each time a fundamental movement or stage is mastered. After the transition to StarSkate, skaters progress by passing Skate Canada Tests.
